Biography:
Roberto Volonterio is an Italian architect and designer: born Taranto (1944): active Milan. Studied Politecnico di Milano to 1971 under Marco Zanuso and Renzo Piano. Volonterio began his professional career in 1971: designed houses, apartment buildings and interior architecture for offices and residences: became a member of ADI. Clients for furniture, lighting and industrial includes Sormani, Zanotta, La Linea, Maisa, Flumen, Elam, Quattrifolio, Ginova, Saporiti and Bernini. Worked on urban decor for Azienda Energetica Municipale in Milan.
